Mobile ski introduction program

Ski-Mobile

The Ski-Mobile is a four-season equipment rental and cross-country skiing discovery service designed to introduce people of all ages to cross-country skiing.

This service offers rental of:

  • Cross-country skiing (ages 2 to 99)
  • Roller-skiing (8 to 12 years)
  • For schools, municipalities, day camps, etc.
  • Rental by the day with programming or by the week (equipment only).

Youth programs for all levels


Our learn-to-ski programs will support you at every stage of your progress, whether you are just starting out in the sport or looking to perfect your techniques. Contact your local club for more information about programs and lessons.


Bunny Rabbits (ages 2–4)

Offer a first cross-country skiing experience to toddlers.

Content : 

  • Introduction: learning through play to develop motor skills and the pleasure of movement.
  • Group activities: adapted to encourage curiosity and celebrate the joys of being outside.

Format :

Short, age-appropriate group lessons.


Jackrabbit (ages 5-12)

Introducing young children to cross-country skiing basics in a fun and stimulating environment.

Content :

  • Basic techniques: first steps, balance and movement control.
  • Learning with games: activities to make learning enjoyable and motivating.
  • Coordination development: exercises to improve motor coordination and agility.

Supervision :

Coaches trained to work with young skiers.


Track Attack (ages 10-16)

Develop technical skills while encouraging progression to recreational or competitive levels.

Content :

  • Gliding and propulsion techniques: strengthening of the basics and introduction to advanced techniques.
  • Games and exercises: sessions designed to keep things fun while improving technique.
  • Preparation for competition: intro to competition and the basics of competitive cross-country skiing.

Supervision :

Coaches qualified for the track attack level.


Adults

To offer adults a structured framework for learning or improving their cross-country skiing technique.

Content :

  • Beginners: introduction to position, balance and gliding technique.
  • Intermediate and advanced: mastering kicking technique, coordination and developing endurance.
  • Specific workshops: work on particular aspects of your skiing technique, such as descending or double poling.

Format :

Group sessions, with private lesson options for personalized learning.
